What's New July and August

With the announcement of Tilia and the new Tilia TOS, some things changed at ChiC buildings.

The Garden Wall Set appeared at Cosmopolitan and was well received -- a fitting swansong as I won't be participating in many events any longer. These  summer season items are now in the main store. Items can be purchased separately or in a discounted fatpack.

As August arrived adjustments were afoot -- one being a move to a homestead sim.  Many popular rustic items are sprinkled across the ground level for a more exploratory and adventuresome demo experience.  Most items are still on the Marketplace and many are in the main store.

The main store will be moving over to Strand soon where happily both great framerates and clear skies abound.   The old store on the mainland will remain for some time.


Two new releases for August can be seen at the Road To Nowhere.

A rock entry welcome area with landscape pack contains many pieces. Check the Marketplace listing for all the info.  It serves as the landing point area for the sim.

Another new item is a weathered and broken gate. It mixes well with the popular farm fence pack items.

What's New - June

Victorian Gazebo Sets at Hop and Shop

The Linden Lab Hop and Shop opens on June 20 with one hundred stores and plenty of shopping. Discounts from 20 to 50 percent and gifts in each shop make this a must see event.

ChiC buildings has a big selection of popular products as well as new releases to choose from.   So dress down, turn up those jelly dolls and come visit. 

The event lasts through July 7.
